Revolution, Liberty and Stafford Lancers take top honours at the BYBA National Championships

The Sixways Stadium Worcester was the venue for the 2017 British Youth Band Association National Championships and what a great venue and day it was!
Across three classes some of the best youth marching bands in the country competed to be crowned BYBA National Champions.

In Contest Class Stafford Lancers took top honours, followed by Christ Church Ashton CLCGB with Warwick Corps of Drums close behind in third.

In Championship Class league champions Liberty Drum Corps took top honours, followed by Phantom Knights and Comets Performance Ensemble in third.

In Premier Class taking their first BYBA national title were Revolution. Despite being the only unit in the class Revolution pulled off their best performance of the year leaving nobody in any doubt they were worthy champions.
