Saturday sees the finale of the 2017 contesting season as 13 of the Association’s bands take part in the British Youth Band Association National Championships.
The championships will yet again provide a showcase for bands and corps of all styles, from as far apart as Halifax in the north to Thurrock in the south.
Alderley District Scout Band will be performing in exhibition
With guest performances from Warwick Community Band and Alderley District Scout Band – winners of the recent Traditional Youth Marching Band Association’s National Championships, the day will be packed full of entertainment.
It will also feature the players of the massed bands of BYBA performing together, culminating at approximately 20:30 with the crowning of the 2017 British Youth Band Association National Champions.

Directions to the Stadium
Exit at Junction 6. Stay in the right-hand lane when exiting the slip road. Follow the road markings and signs for A4538 to Droitwich (3rd exit). At the next roundabout, turn left (1st exit) onto Warriors Way and into Sixways Stadium.
