It has been brought to our attention that virus-infected e-mails appearing to originate from 'byba.org.uk' e-mail addresses are in circulation. The subject line may take the form 'Your password has been updated' and invites you to open an attached file. Do NOT open this attachment - it is a virus.BYBA are not responsible for this virus and urge you to erase suvh e-mails without opening them. These e-mails have probably originated where a virus has infected a user's machine and then scavenged that user's e-mail address book, then generating further e-mails using addresses from the the user's address bokk for both the 'from' and 'to' addresses.
It is good practice to ensure you have an up-to-date anti-virus application on your PC and that it is enabled to scan any e-mails sent from your computer as well as those you receive. Do not trust any messages that say their attachments have been virus-checked. Use your anti-virus application to check them.
