As per the Rule change 1.6.2, the Performance Portfolio has decided that the levy for 2008 will £10 per trophy not returned by the due date requested by the respective Contest. BYBA will invoice units directly, and pass monies onto contests, where applicable. However, trophies outstanding should still be returned, and it is the responsibility of the Bandmaster/Corps Director to communicate with the Contest.

This replaces the League Penalty which was in force in 2007.
