| Computer viruses are a fact of life for users of the Internet. The following 3 tables are information feeds from the Sophos Anti-Virus web site giving an indication of current virus threats; they list (a) the latest 10 virus alerts received by Sophos, (b) the 10 most commonly reported viruses during the previous month, and (c) the top 10 virus hoaxes reported in the last 24 hours. Use this information to keep aware of potential virus threats. If you receive an e-mail "virus warning", please check it's validity - it may only be a hoax - before sending the "warning" on to everyone in your address book. Please ensure you have up-to-date anti-virus siftware installed on your computer that actively scans your e-mail. |
